Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Eli Zazu Productions LLC ("we") collects through elizazuproductions.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Forms. When you contact us, ask about investing, join the mailing list or apply for a job, we receive what you enter: usually your name and email, and sometimes your phone number, organization, message, portfolio link and résumé.
• Payments. When you back a production, payment is handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, amount and the name you want on the thank-you wall, but never your full card or bank details.
• Basic technical data. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you, review applications, process and acknowledge your support, deliver backer rewards, list your name on our thank-you wall if you ask us to, and send our mailing list if you signed up. We don't sell or rent your information.

Who else handles it

We rely on a few services to run the site, each under its own privacy policy:

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, and YouTube plays embedded videos in privacy-enhanced mode.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and applications only as long as we need them for the reason you sent them, and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email christina.elizazuprod@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
